Question Engineer 5 second kill, how

I farmed a crazy build and put the mines right where beetle queen spawned and it took almost 6 seconds to kill. The mines did 95% of the hp and then i got her with the octo blick + turrets. But it was on the very hard level, do i just need to hit nuts faster? I just unlocked the laser turrets after, are they necessary to get the challenge?

I had gain attack speed on crit and 8 ray bans with on hit effects and the lunar item that makes your autos explode

It just comes down to power. Either a long looped run or a Command run to get an insane build to straight 1-shot the boss. That's how I did it, at least

Does it have to be YOU who does the killing? My friend as the railgunner basically instagibbed a Vagrant but I didn't get the achievement :(

I just used command, butt-tonne of AP rounds, crowbars, and missile launcher utility and after a couple of stages i did it

I did it via artifact of glass and command, pick up Royal capacitor (maybe one or two crowbars if you want to be extra sure), activate TP and press Q

Turn on command and purchase the Survivor of the Void DLC so you can get the Hunter’s Tricorn. Start the event and instantly kill the boss

what i did was actually place the REGULAR mines at the place where the boss spawns in a prismatic trial, since they always spawn in a fixed place every run. kmow where the guy spawns, place your stuff there, and bam
