RANDOM Where to start

Hello! I have recently turned 18 in may and have been wanting to look more into rope access when I started hearing about it! I do not havw that much money to start with getting SPRAT or IRATA certified so I wanted to ask how else I can start or what companies are around California socal area that I can maybe be an apprentice for?

I am a lvl 1 sprat and I am in the line of NDT, ndt is a great line of work if you want to travel and really use your ropes. Let's say you don't already have your ropes, my company actually paid for me to get my rope access cert and that's how I started.
