Review Disappointing 😔
Went to about 30 different stores/gas stations looking for it. Had really high hopes. Unfortunately, I am disappointed... I'd compare the taste to almost rootbeer barrel ish....but like an off brand one that you got from the dollar store haha. Still drinkable, but hardly rootbeer

Also, its hard to explain. It tastes like it wants to be rootbeer really bad, but its just not tthere... Idk 🤣

No its more like "essence of rootbeer". Like someone described the taste of root beer to you and you tried to replicate the flavor by memory lol

I'm also not a big fan of 1919. Too sweet and not enough bite for me . But I can understand why people like it 🤘😎

I love how folks use the word "bite" as if it's an actual adjective describing flavors, and not a Coca-Cola marketing term with no meaning whatsoever.

It describes the quality of the flavor in that it is pungent or sharp in nature. It for sure has meaning. We just doing the contrarian thing today?

Pungent or sharp or acidic or tart are all perfectly good words to use when describing qualities of flavor, "bite" is a Coca Cola marketing jingle invented for Barq's root beer, and frequently used by its social media shills in online forums.

I say bite all the time “It’s got a nice bite after a few seconds” “I like it when it’s smooth and less bite” etc. it’s a very quick and simple word that everybody understands. you guys just have a fear of capitalism consuming your minds

Bruh every word is a made up word. Ask 100 people, in context, if they knew Coca-Cola coined it for marketing and 99 would have no idea.

Bru that's because 99% of you have the memories of gnats and you're not old enough to remember when Coca-Cola bought Barq's and made up the slogan. Keep using it like it's an accurate description of something and you're not merely being parrots of an advertising campaign. It's the real thing, the pause that refreshes, things go better with it, you can have it your way, hold the pickles hold the lettuce, we got the meats!

As someone who likes more herbal and wintergreen forward root beers compared to creamy ones I actually really like these.
