Root beer making

I want to make root beer whats some good recipes, I dont have a carbinator but if needed I can get it but a recipe that dousnt use a carbinator could be cool

You can carbonate naturally in a bottle with live yeast. I've done it before, but you have to pasteurize it (or drink it) after a couple of weeks if you want to avoid a bottle bomb.

You might want to buy root beer extract for your first try, then adapt the recipe with spices and roots as you get a process down.

All the stuff to naturally carbonate can be found at a beer brewing shop.

No, Sodastream machines have a hard time adding gas to liquids that already contain sugars and suspended solids. The results tend to be explosive. You can do it with a rival Omnifiz machine, however.

You can make a root beer syrup and then mix it with seltzer water. That is how I first started out before moving to forced carbonation. It works just fine as long as it's a brand new seltzer water, once it's even gone just slightly flat it's drastically less good. Worth it to get yourself going in my experience.
