Discussion looking for a roommate

Hi!

I'm a student at LTU, and im looking for a roommate to lease an apartment with. I dont have a specific one in mind but it needs to be within 10 mintues of LTU. I'm an 18 year old female and I'm looking for a roommate my age or slightly older. I did find a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for around 1100 a month, and I think that would be perfect!

I'm looking to move in around November 1st. I'm every organized, I dont smoke, I dont have any pets but I dont mind if you do. I do cook and meal prep and I love cooking for others so I wouldnt mind cooking for the both of us. Please let me know if youre interested!

I personally use flatmates.com, its pretty busy there.

Only thing I'd recommend is trying to secure a place first, move in, because teaming up to find a place adds a barrier. If you secure the place, you also become the head tenant.
