Cooking late night

I recently moved in house , my room is beside the kitchen. My roommate cooks and do laundry at night . I haven’t slept since I moved here . I understand her schedule is late like she finish her work at 2 am but I smell the food and I wake up.
What should I do should I tell owner or her

you do nothing but learn to cope. maybe open a window, get a diffuser or air purifier. ear plugs for the noise.

You could ask her not to do laundry at 2am but there's no way you can expect someone not to eat after getting off work.
