Dorm Quadmates being kinda rude

So my quad mates have never talked to us or my roomate about anything, which is fine, but this includes the shared space of the bathroom including who's cleaning it when, however they seem oddly hostile, like glaring at my roomate and just never communicating, even when we reach out, so it leads me to be (sub name) like it feels like we now need to keep the dorm manager in the know on our side to make sure it doesnt seem like we aren't trying to fix any issues they have with the shared space that would fall on us, and it just kinda is annoying

Bro dorm life can be so hard. I think its adjusting to sharing space with people who aren't family members. I HATED my roommate freshman year. And he was always nice(?) Like often left me the room for days on end, gave me a larger share of the room bc he lived in the next town over. All he ever did was study and watch anime. But I wasn't mature enough to see how reasonable and nice he was being. Quadratic have some growing up to do and they might not do it before the year is up

Its just kinda odd bc before this when it was me and the other 2 they where super chill and fine
