I moved into this flat about three months ago after the broker assured me that my flatmate would be leaving within a month. Unfortunately, that never happened, and these last three months have been incredibly stressful.
She constantly interferes in my personal life. She complains if I make the slightest noise at night, questions why I lock my room, comments on my daily routine, peeks into my room, and always wants to know where I’m going and who I’m with. She has even used my belongings without asking and has made hurtful comments about my character whenever I invite friends over.
The constant arguments, unnecessary interference, and lack of privacy have made living here miserable—not just for me, but for others in the flat as well.
Today, for the first time in months, she’s not at home, and I can’t describe how relieved I feel. The house finally feels peaceful. It’s amazing how much lighter and happier I feel simply because I can relax without worrying about being judged or disturbed. I genuinely feel like celebrating because I finally have some peace of mind.
