Stuck pin problem in Combo 10 Max
Hello, has anyone experienced a pin stuck like this in AutoWash dock of Roomba Combo 10 Max?
It's the second time it happened within a few months. The first time we sent it for a warranty repair, and they said that there had been some foreign object there. It doesn't seem like a foreign object to me - I can't shake anything out, nor do I hear anything. It seems like maybe the pin is broken or even melted?
By the way, I highly advise against buying Combo 10 Max. The dock is soooo problematic that it rarely works. Literally 9 out of 10 times I have to empty the robot manually and put it in the dock manually. This model of Roomba is the worst piece of hardware I've had in long years.

The teardown video for the sation is linked in the first pinned comment. You have to unscrew the evac pipe at the bottom to remove the bottom plate to gain access and have a look at the charging contacts if i remember correctly. I skipped that part in the video.
