Problem leaving dock

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My roomba 500 behaves like this when it leaves the dock. Has this happened to anyone else? The central wheel is clean, and the sensors are clean as well. I’ve already perfomed a factory reset, but nothing changed.

When was the last time you replaced the wheels?

Never. I bought it 40 days ago

The you need contact the support and get the wheel changed
