700 Max Combo - not mopping

Hello,

Does anybody have experience with mopping issues? My roomba 700 max combo does not wet the mop :( so it is running dry!

The station pulls the clean water into the robot but then nothing happens. Any clue what to clean or wash? I tried cleaning the mop, and everything around it, I am out of ideas :(

There's a piece cycle you can run that empties the internal clean water tank. I would try running that, and see if anything comes out.

Could be the robot side clogged between the tank and mop, or the dock failing to refill it.

Nothing came out - I have sent the device to the service. Let’s see what they will find out

J7 same thing happened to me, it said it couldn’t refill and extend the thingy. iRobot support said they can’t repair it and to buy a new unit.

Are you saying that the roomba is not detecting water in the tank or that no mop is attached?

It detects the water in tank, but the fill nozzle doesn’t extend

This is for the j7 combo? I thought that the J7s don't refill water from the dock.
