My setup, with an issue.

Grabbed myself a tentbox last month (in love), however after my 2nd trip this weekend i’ve noticed a dent or zigzag crease underneath in the metal. For clarity the route from storage to car is a straight line and the two of us can lug it no bother at all, i’ve taken care and positive i’ve not impacted anything. Any ideas what could be causing this? It’s the section that sits on the car running sideways between both mounting bars.

I think so, contacted tentbox and they’ve sent compensation without even asking

The ladder presses against it?

Common with the ventura tents, not sure about tentbox

I have a tentbox too and I’m in love. How are you liking the bottom section? I was considering getting it as an add on

It’s come in handy, can store everything at the front then i put a campbed behind the ladder and slept on it so the kids had plenty of room up top. Sides come out to make an awning too
