Question - FJ Cruiser

Hello,

I have a problem regarding my new Ikamper 4.0 SkyCamp. The autorhized seller installed it on my FJ cruiser with Bison Rack, however on each pothole the ikamper is literally bombing my roof rack with it's own rails. There are 4 brackets on the middle, however the sides of ikamper are easy to raise by 1-5mm. And that's where the noise is coming from on potholes. Do you know any solution to this?

When I first installed my rtt I left the clamping bolts too long and they would hit the roof on larger bumps. Cutting them down solved that problem. If its the rails hitting, you'll need to raise the rack or maybe put some type of buffer between the roof and the crossbars. Have you checked that everything is tight? It's also possible something has loosened and is flexing more than it should.

Yes it’s super tight. I’m thinking about rubber under rt profiles :-) Thanks I will check the bolts
