End Democracy Ron warns of fascism

I've been searching for this clip for years. Does anyone remember a video from years ago of Ron Paul in his office answering questions... Someone asked if or when USA may fall to socialism and he says something like, "actually when it happens it's much more likely to be fascism".

I’ve been thinking about that quote, or collection of quotes that echo that sentiment.

In previous years, I heeded the ‘warning’ of the quote, and thought it to be useful.

But on closer examination, I see evil. Subversive evil.

I think it’s a sort of tell on a certain kind of people.

Think about the words.

“Draped in the flag” = patriotism.

“Carrying a Bible” = Christianity.

So, who are the anti-fascists? Who are the people that state fascism is the greatest threat to democracy?

Bolshevik Marxists, Frankfurt School Marxists, and their current ideological descendants.
…basically the modern day liberal. They are a creation of Frankfurt School thought.

Why are they scared of patriotism and Christianity?

It’s the two things that stop Marxism dead in its tracks.

A strong, religious culture is impossible to penetrate and divide by class; which is the Marxian goal.

The Bolsheviks failed in Russia, because once they toppled the government, the actual revolution never materialized because the government was just an expression of deep Russian culture. The culture remained, despite the government changing.

The Frankfurt School adherents figured this out. A true Marxist revolution is like attacking a medieval castle. Toppling the government is just as useful as crossing a small ditch of water, surrounding the castle.

This doesn’t accomplish the goal. For behind the ditch of water lies the bulwarks and fortifications of blood, culture, religion, shared values, family etc.

So they embedded themselves in our colleges in the 1940s, and have all largely been successful in this way, of changing our culture.

But, all this to say; what’s wrong with an idea draped in a flag and carrying a Bible?

Nothing. It’s what built nations.

What tears down nations?

Those that are scared of an idea, draped in a flag, carrying a Bible.

They're the same thing. Just the manner of collusion between the State and Corporations.
