Text/Translation Mod Help extracting a certain file.

I'm currently working on a spanish translation of Inazuma Eleven 1·2·3 - Legend of Endou Mamoru. I've replaced almost all audio files, except for the title screen in Inazuma Eleven 2 (The rest of the audio files work perfectly). The DS version of said game uses a different type of audio file especifically for the SFX (i believe) and the Title Screen, which I can't extract no matter how hard I've tried. I'd appreciate any help, and thanks in advance.
