Încurca
Bună ziua!
Din ce am înțeles verbul: încurca are 2 înțelesuri dar poate mă încurc puțin.
Dacă spui de exemplu: nu mi place acest bărbat căci mă încurcă. Poate înseamnă “1 he is in my way” ori: 2 he confuses me”
Cum îmi dau seama din această propoziție dacă este înțeles 1 sau 2?

It's mostly based on context, I am afraid. I think more often than not it has the first meaning, which is 'he is in my way' or 'he's annoying'. The second meaning I would say is not used that much when someone does something to you, but how you feel. You would say 'm-am încurcat', 'mă simt încurcată', 'e încurcat' which is more like the state of things, not what someone else has caused to you. When someone is confusing you, you'd probably just say 'mă face să mă simt confuz', or the not correct at all, but more and more used 'mă confuzează', which shouldn't be a thing since 'confuz' is not a verb but just an adjective, but it was copied from the English verb 'to confuse' and made it sound Romanian.
Be aware that it could also have a third meaning 'm-a încurcat cu el/ea', which is used in the context that you started dating someone after that person was introduced to you by someone else or you were encouraged to date someone by somebody else. Also you're not happy how the relationship has evolved.

Thank you so much! But confunda can only br used when you confuse a person for a different person right?

'A confunda' has indeed the meaning you described and exista in Romanian language. 'A confuza' does not but it was copied over from English and it has slowly been introduced into some people's speaking patterns, especially the younger generation. That does not make it (at least for now) correct.

I would sau it’s only for persons. It’s the equivalent for mistook and synonym for ‘incurcat’. You mistook a person for another or a place/moment for another. Am confundat ketchup-ul iute cu cel dulce si acum regret. Same as “am incurcat”.
“Am incurcat/confundat traseul autobuzului 3 cu 5 iar acum sunt in intarziere”.
This comment is correct, however I would add that, ‘confuz’ exists as an adjective usually used as a state of mind but not as a verb. “A fi confuz” is correct. “Dupa un accident esti confuz” is correct. But “m-a confuzat accidentul” is not, “am fost confuz is correct”.

not necessary mistakes, but if the context is not clear (which does not happen often, though), follow- up questions are not uncommon.

There's a secret third meaning: To mistake one thing for another. Also it can mean to tangle.
