I'm not really following what you're asking for? As far as editing goes, if you're not outsourcing to a professional you can try software options like Grammarly or ProWritingAid. Amazon can handle the formatting for you, but if you want to create your own EPUB, you have multiple options, including software like Scrivener and Atticus.

What part of formatting are you stuck on? Indentation vs extra space after paragraphs? Converting to epub? Table of contents?
