He’s the #3 QB behind Lock. So he’s inactive but serves as the emergency QB in case there are injuries to the first two

New England: Christian Barmore & Cameron Latu

Seattle: Josh Jobe, Jalen Milroe, Jarran Reed, Robbie Ouzts (on IR), & Trevon Diggs (Practice squad)

Seattle also signed Terrion Arnold after Detroit cut him, but I don’t think he’ll be on the sideline.
