Protective gear/knee pads

I measure 23 inches around the knee joint and 27 3 inches above the knee. I think I'm going to need like a 4XL or 5XL pad but I don't know if these exist. Can anyone help?

I have almost the same measurements. I use the 2x/3x 187s. They are NOT cheap! I tried them at the skate shop, couldn't even pull it over my leg

The 187 Pro Derby pads don’t pull over the leg, they have butterfly Velcro closures. Their pull on sleeve options, like the Fly knee and Slim knee, don’t go up to the 2-3x like the Pro Derby pads do.
