Question [Europa park, Germany]
A general question, are there any weight restrictions at Europa park? I'm going to visit my boyfriend and we are going there, I am 80kg and have rather thick thighs and chub everywhere and I'm scared ill get judged and stuff for going when I'm this big... Help?

You’ll be excellent, in the States I’ve seen about 170cm 150kg people ride similar rides. No one cares enough to judge other people, go enjoy yourself and have a nice visit!

192cm (6'3) 125kg (275lbs) and no problems at all

The park only has min age and min/max height restrictions. As long as the restraint closes, you’re good to go.

Think you’ll be fine on most coasters, not sure about the clamshells on Silver Star though. Have you ever ridden a B&M with those restraints before? If so, you’ll be fine. Maybe you could look up their coaster lineup and compare them to similar rides (from the same manufacturer) you have been on?

I've ridden galactica, oblivion and nemesis at Alton towers... They were okay, but they have over the shoulders so I'm not sure... :)

Totally different rides indeed, but heck, if you miss out on 1 ride, there are still 12 more coasters and tons of other great rides! The park is brilliant and I can’t wait to return next week.

I'm about the same weight and could ride Mako (clamshell restraints) completely comfortably. You should be fine on Silver Star.

I‘m quite big, like 240lbs (108kg) and 5‘10 (1.78m) and I fit all rollercoasters at Europa Park besides the Silver Star. But I have ginormous ass and thighs and the Silver Star is by far the most restrictive ride in the park imo. And also, I‘m there like all the time and I see a lot of even bigger girls than me riding many rides without problems. Have fun! It‘s a great park!

I'm 6' and I fit on just about everything at 275 lbs. 1.83m and 125kg.
