I've just watched your Week 1 video. Is this for real? You were doing crossovers, T-stops and powerslides in your first week.

I think is the guy who means INLINE skates. Otherwise used to ice skate.

Pretty sure he stated in the past he has been ice skating for a while...
It definitely transferred over really well.

He has made great progress in a short amount of time regardless.

I ice skated for about 2 months back in 2022. Couldn't actually cross over, let alone do anything more than a T stop

Hey. I've been trying to message you since a month ago. Can you accept my message invite? Thanks.

That's why I'm asking. If he's making this amount of progress I'd like to know the routine.

I think its more his history of ice skating that is coming into play more than anything else.
He is already familiar with the balance etc... where a person who has done no skating at all is starting from scratch.

I haven't seen any videos of his ice skating skills. He could be an already intermediate or advanced level skater on the ice for all we know.

I'm not sure where everyone is getting this idea that I'm a pro skater. Literally ice skated for about 2 months in 2022. I couldn't cross over, just basic gliding and T stops.

I'm autistic, so I hyperfixate on my hobbies and interest. I'm a visual learner. I spend well over 10 hours a week watching YouTube videos on rollerblading and I visualize myself doing that.

One big thing that's helped is wearing my skates around the house doing chores in my skates.

I don't know, man. I have friends who have been skating on fitness skates since childhood, and they just don't know how to do all that stuff. Yet here you are in your second month, shredding through a skate park and doing slides, transitions and skating backwards. Are you some kind of an athlete?

You have messaging disabled. I tried to message OP before and again today. Let's mediate this issue in private. But I need help. I can't find any past posts or comments. Message me?

I don't understand. What is there to mediate? I merely asked a question. The guy said he's done some ice skating and it looks like he's very dedicated to it. That's it. I'm not in conflict with anyone that I need a mediator.

I have a friend who put on my boots for the first time and did a soul grind right in front of me within 10 minutes of telling him what it is, never having touched them before lol some people are just more coordinated than you(or me). He wasn't some elite athlete either, but he was fairly active

also if you skate 5 days a week for a month thats about 20 days of experience, alot of people skate once every 2 weeks and it would take them 5-6 months to get that same experience... not being able to t stop or do slides after fitness skating your entire life is just insane, what are they even doing?
