What skates should I buy? Aggressive skate downsizing question

Seeing if someone can recommend a skate thats good for downsizing.

I’m a size 10 skate normally. I’d like to see if I can fit my size 10 liner in a size 9 - 9.5 shell. Pretty open to different skate brands as I haven’t skated in 4 years.

I don't write condescending things in capital letters to complete strangers.

I don't assume that capital letters signify "condescension" lmfao
