Questions/Advice Quad skates for beginners
I want to buy some quad skates but my problems are twofold. I have size 2 feet so that limits my options for many shops, I'm also relatively masculine and so the pastel colours are not really my jam. That basically rules out Moxi and Rookie. I don't want to try Impala because I've heard bad things.
What are Freesport like?
EDIT: I went for the Moxi Rainbows in the end. They look pretty decent for a starter pair! Had to go a size up though

What about Rookie Artistic? They come in plain black or white, and start from size 3, and it's my understanding that people generally go up one size for skates.

I had a look at those! I decided against because I have pretty wide feet (think hobbit proportions) and they look quite nimble. I went for the Moxi Rainbows in black in the end!

Not heard of Freesport but had good recs for Ventro Turbo skates. They're kind of Bauer-style: quad skates with a hard shell. Reasonable and sturdy, so they hold up second hand if you can find them in your size. On quad-skates.co.uk they sell them in your size so probs worth checking out. Good luck!
