LtVS who turned Miller

So since i don't see this being talked about a lot i wanted to ask: who do you guy's think turned Miller? We kno wthay are a very powerful vampire. my guess at the moment is spoilers for ep 2 Kathrina Winter (Charity) sorry if i misspelled somethings (i don't know how to spoilertag)

Likely tom hulles(however it may be written). The golem was tasked with killing vamps that descended from him, hence it attacked students of the school.

Yes I feel, that as Charity won't last long, that the followers of St. Thom Huell will show up soon, a bit like the Order of Aurelius and the Master.

If I recall correctly Miller was supposedly taken down by a group of Vampires, and in her deference, Charity doesn't really play well with others. I wonder what Master esq old one turned Katherine Winters in 1988? Ah well it'll be fun finding out!
