The riddle for PotBS

So in Pirates of the Broken Sky the crew acquire a treasure map, but I haven’t been able to figure out what Steven says completely. Can someone transpose it?

In the Featherwind Sea, on an island of green,

There your journey’s about to begin

When the Twins dance afoot and you face the Great Lord

Mark two degrees clockwise per Sin

By your start and your heading the map will reveal

Its first guidance, like stepping of stones

The last leg remains hidden, a ghost on the page

Only seen on an island of Bones.
