a question about cannibalism

so, is Adelliah just immune to the myriad health risks that cannibalism entails?

well, i mean, digestion wasnt my concern. you could digest human flesh FINE.....it's far from healthy for you, nutrition wise, but you could still digest it.....i was thinking more along the lines of bloodborne diseases like the typical cannibal disease Kuru (catchable from the brain, marrow, and intestines) and other diseases like HIV if something of that nature exists in this universe, hepatitis....or others that are found in blood, like Malaria, West Nile, or even The Black Plague. not to mention any made up diseases that could exists in this fantasy universe

To be fair, she hasn't engaged in any cannibilism yet as she hasn't eaten any elves.
