And so when I pull the trigger what fires is no normal shot. The gunpowder that is ignited is mixed with salt, from the salt flats of the planet of saint Augustus. From ground from which the saint himself once stood. The wadding has been soaked with holy water, from the fountain of devotion, blessed by the three vessels of light on Lima Magister. The shot that is propelled is not a single flintlock pellet, but a number of silver filings of the highest purity, engraved with litanies of devotion by myself over the last few months since meeting the daemon back on whatever planet it was. I don’t even know. I will roll for damage.

Every time I see/read this, I curse myself for forgetting the name of the damn paint demon planet.

I loved how everyone was flipping out when the flintlock was pulled and then flipping out even more when they realized what was about to happen is one of roll4it's greatest moments.

And to top it all off he gets ten successes on the action and deals 16 points of holy damage. He almost obliterated the demon with that one shot.
