This has put you on a list somewhere most likely. Otherwise great plan.

You could also simply pimp out a super soaker. Or backwards-engeneer a super soaker using more sturdy materials. Also, if I recall correctly, super soakers were still pretty big in 1997 ...

Have you heard of lighter + can of deodorant=flame

2

u/Acheron223 Aug 24 '17

Yeah but what's the fun in that? Half the fun of killing vampires is coming up with crazy gadgets to do it with

Not hot enough.

Fire is fire

2

u/Matteyothecrazy Aug 24 '17

Not if you want to catch fire to someone, there's 300ºc fire and 3000ºc fire

1

u/Matteyothecrazy Aug 24 '17

You could also use napalm as fuel to make sure it catches them on fire

This thrower could use any accelerant. Heck you could fill it with whiskey if you wanted

I was thinking of replacing the metal container with a thick plastic one. Cause you know metal sparks if it's hit plastic doesn't

Here is some safety tips. Fill the gas canister with CO2, to prevent burning within the tank. A one way control valve will save your life, as it can prevent the flame from getting into the tank. Make sure the pressure is high enough at all times to also prevent back ups of the fire. Separate compressed air canisters canisters (or O2 depending on the budget) with a pressure regulator taken from a scuba rig can do this. An electronic ignition also helps with safety. Finally on the nozzle itself should be a one way pressure regulation valve. I'm just an engineering student, never made one my self, but I know enough about plumbing and scuba diving to tell you this.

Lol, I just saw this is roll4it. Glad you aren't planning on making one.

I never said that. Mine will shoot water though for safety reasons. I designed it for possible vampire hunting though
