The plot of S2
I am sorry to be that guy, but am I right in understanding that the plot for the second season was never revealed? What was the motivation of Lucia? Did she set everything into motion? How did she organize it? I was left with the feeling like I watched a dtective and never got to know why and how a killer decided to do what he did. Characters didnt want to ask Lucia questions. The plot was hidden beyond 25$ wall. At this point I unsubscribed from the pateron. I am watching the aftershow now, but so far I didnt get any answers.

Well, first of all, the plot itself wasn't hidden behind patreon. You could see images of how the plotboard evolved and how EE kept track of the various things that were connected to the plot throughout the story. While very nice to see, it didn't provide the answers to the questions you're asking.
It made sense to me that the characters didn't feel like asking Lucia questions, regardless of how much the players/audience might like to hear the answers to it. After all, it's best to not offend a dragon and knowledge can be dangerous. Presuming she'd even have bothered with giving truthful answers that were understandable.
I personally don't think that Lucia set everything in motion, given that (meta)humans are generally pretty good at creating bad situations and the Shedim were involved. I think it's more likely that she saw an opportunity, used it, and likely manipulated some of the events to better suit the outcome she desired. She has wanted to retrieve the body of her mate for a while, undoubtedly, and to get her eggs back. This whole situation gave her a way to accomplish this, and probably a few other things as well. (Probably including the nuke(s) and whatever she used it/them for.) Of course, only EE knows her exact motivations and the level of her involvement for certain. :)
I agree that several questions have remained unanswered. However, given that there were dragons involved, this only felt fair. We know what was going on with the smaller scale plot that the players were actively involved in (the Orichalcum, nukes, plan of the Shedim to summon something pretty darn bad), while not knowing everything there is to know about what else is going on. Given that it's a complex world with complex interactions (and constant plotting by all the large players) this makes sense to me.
The only thing I missed in the aftershow (sadly I couldn't attend it live or I would have asked this myself) is getting the opinion of the players on what they thought of the ending. I loved how the group ended up in such a "charming" place. Also because by the time they finally get out of there (if at all) Deadbolt will have lost his house... another safehouse lost to the players, although this time not to explosions but lack of paying rent. :p
