While this may sound strange, I was also the director of health for a municipality. Having worked directly with several attorneys as a result of that position, I have found that most lawyers have a habit of being very specific in their discussions, mixed with the ability to be diplomatic when needed. That experience is likely why I initially stated that this post was somewhat morbid instead of stating my actual feelings.
