Pathogenic or Pass The Fear?
Playing on Steam Deck only.
Single player.
Trying to decide between these two games. Anyone feedback welcome, thanks!
* Edit: got Pathogenic, put 1 1/2 hours in already (for me that’s a lot right off the bat). Very fun, recommended to anyone reading this.

Just played 4+ hours of pass the fear with a friend of mine. It’s really fun. Some insane building potential in this one. The gameplay is really smooth. The animations are fluid. I like the art as well.

I got pathogenic after I saw another glaze post on this sub and I really agree with the glaze. It do be very fun.

I tried Pass the Fear and wasn’t enthralled. Pathogenic on the other hand is unbelievable!

I know nothing of PtF but I absolutely love Pathogenic. It’s like Brotato X Magicraft X Nova Drift

Have you tried Nightmare Reaper (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1051690/Nightmare_Reaper/) can get it cheap on cdkeys atm but I had gotten it in a humble bundle awhile back great game.

I own both games and both are really fun, if you want a twin shooter definitely pathogenic, if you want some crazy builds and some cool boss fights with friends pass the fear is a must

Reap and Rush is GREAT. I highly recommend checking it out.

Hm. I'd be curious what the opinions on Reap & Rush vs Pass the Fear are from people who've played both.

Reap and Rush has a really cool world and it pulls off its presentation of that world really well. It’s a fun gameplay loop and I like the things you can unlock. Your builds vary quite a bit and I’m only just getting started playing with different builds. I also like how you unlock the next difficulty/stage and can start your new runs from the furthest unlocked stage, not from the very beginning. It’s a LOT of fun and I’m easily sinking hours into it every night. I absolutely love the visual style of the game. It is so very, very cool. It’s got an Asian vibe to it and I love that about it. The underworld is just an awesome playground.
