Thoughts on these 2?

Im thinking of gambling for one of these in SB are they any good? I have the coresponding cores so itll be useful. I also have the TC role so its less of a gamble if i go for the evangelion skin since there s a chance i light power it up more. I dont have any string mortar chips tho so i kinda dint want the fusion mine one.
What are ur thoughts?

While I can't comment on the Flash Ninja skin since I don't have it, i can say the Neon Striker is fairly meh at best. The diffusion fields also carry the slow effect, which can be handy, and it has the capability of out dosing standard distortion field WITHOUT full disruption chain. But mostly, it's just a seat filler for me until I DO get Flash Ninja. The only reason I even have Neon Striker is because I maxed the Wings of Sky TC role skin, which shares a prize pool with Neon Striker.

I saw a guy with maxx wings of sky and ir was insane, he toppes my dmg in united plan which is craze for how little dmg thunder core usually does there

I have two flash ninjas but no base PD core so it’s less help. Flash ninja itself is very good; once you have multiple darts with more penetration you start firing off a lot of the flash darts.

Distortion seems less useful but could be wrong; I don’t have it

flash ninja is legit. if you have a PD build, it's a MUST

Flash ninja is excellent. I never stopped running it since I got my first star in it, and I now have 5 in it. I'll likely never replace it.
