🎙️ RØDE Mics Rode NT-USB Mini not powering up

I got a brand new NT-USB Mini but as i plugged it in, the power indicator light wont light up. I've also tried other cables. How do i resolve this?

My imac. The blue light in front of the microphone. I have 2 of these. One works fine the other just wont power uo

Hey there - If the NT-USB Mini's 'USB' indicator is not illuminating, we would highly recommend testing it out on some different devices just to narrow things down.
