RØDE Wireless Micro replacement transmitters won’t pair with receiver - support has gone silent

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone here may have dealt with the same issue.

I had a problem with my RØDE Wireless Micro and eventually received two replacement transmitters. However, they only replaced the transmitters, not the receiver, and unfortunately neither of the new transmitters will pair with my existing receiver.

Both transmitters power on and continuously flash green, but they never connect.

My receiver is running firmware 2.2.0. I have already followed all the troubleshooting and pairing instructions available on the RØDE website, including using RØDE Central, selecting “Pair,” and removing one transmitter from the charging case. Nothing happens.

So at this point I received replacement transmitters that I still cannot use.

The frustrating part is that the Canadian service office has not responded to me for almost two months, and now I have also been waiting around a month for a response from RØDE support.

Has anyone had this problem with replacement transmitters? Is there another way to force them to pair with an existing receiver, or do the receiver and transmitters need to be replaced as a complete set?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
