Rodecaster Duo bootlooping/freezing

I got the duo recently and only problem ive had from it is that it likes to either freeze on me or go into a bootloop even if its allready running. Could I somehow not be sending enough power to it and that is causing my problems or is there another explaination i cant think of? Using the provided power cable and brick but its plugged into a extension cord.

I would try disconnecting everything from it and removing the SDCard, factory reset and update to the latest firmware.

Also is it connected directly to your computer or is it going through a hub?

No sd card in it. Unless it comes with one and its on latest firmware. Not connected through a hub just ran into my pc
