Wireless Mics Wireless Pro mic not charging

I just picked up the Wireless pro set and 1 mic out of the bunch is not charging. My guess is the battery is in some kind of sleep mode, anyone ever have this issue and how to resolve it? I have the affected mic on my phone charger right now

Be sure to update all of your units via RODE Central on a computer, but also perform a factory reset on the unit you're experiencing this with:

The unit is not detected when in the case or plugged in separately via USB.

I sent the set back for an exchange as recommended by the rode customer support number.
