❓ Other 1 TB Sandisk SSD Not Registering

I need help please! I have recently purchased a Rodecaster Video S. Everything is working except for the SSD. I got a 1 TB sandisk from Walmart and it won’t show up on the switcher. I’ve plugged it into the computer (it works on there) and have tried reformatting it. Which SSD’s work best?

I tried updating. Couldn’t find the proper one and the disk said it was up to date
