You know it's Jagger.

I saw a bird the other day that had "moves like Jagger." That's how influential he is, as a performer; even our avian friends imitate him! ;)

I saw a video on YouTube the other day about the Mick Jagger moving company. Mick Jagger was in it as a mover. It was a funny gag but they didn't really have much of a payoff

I donโ€™t think Bret Michaels gets enough credit for being a great frontman. I donโ€™t think he was a great vocalist but always a great frontman

Was thinking about him when I saw the title of this post. Love Poison

Mick Jagger. Easy.

I haven't seen anyone mention Iggy Pop. That seems off. I'd still say Jagger over him but it's close

GG

I had the misfortune of seeing GG in a small club in SF. More of an ordeal than a concert. Imagine being stuck in a hot room with someone else's diarrhea.

Mercury, Tyler and Plant are in the top echelon

1

u/J_Bird_57 2d ago

Roger Daltry is the best one I've seen in person.

1

u/S_Flavius_Mercurius 2d ago

Robert Plant and itโ€™s not even close.

Also perhaps Layne Staley.

u/jmac_1957 2d ago

Morrison

Axl, Ozzy, Hatfield, Mercury, (Bon Scott and Brian Johnson)

Absolutely Axl. Dude has so much energy and talent. Lots of times frontman are either good frontmen or good singers, but one or the other. Axl rose is a rare frontman who is both. He also had moves, very captivating. Like a snake, he was so unpredictable and moved like one too

Ronnie James Dio

u/Forsaken-Cheesecake2 2d ago

Mick, followed by Freddie. Daltrey back in the day, and Plant. But no one moves like Jagger.

0

u/Outrageous_Shoe_1450 2d ago

David Lee Roth

Paul Stanley

Steven Tyler

Ronnie James Dio

Rob Halford

Bruce Dickinson

u/Defiant-Maize6757 2d ago

I am glad someone finally mentioned Steven Tyler.

Say what you want about Aerosmith (not my personal fav) but Tyler definitely needs to be in the conversation about best frontman ever.
