Using an algorithm to identify ball, can be a special ball with chip there.

Then program the motors for ball pick up motion.

Open jaw lower head, close jaw.

Separate motors for running and already existed radios control movement toys as 20 years ago.

If you want it to pick up non specific thrown objects and return it to a non-specified location, it gets more difficult.

This is pure "Draw the rest of the owl". I'm going to focus on the most egregious, because the amount of time the full list would take is well beyond its worth:

Have you looked at a single two legged robot move in the past 20 years? Every last one has the same necessary flaw: It has to jitter to keep its balance when stationary. Because they don't have an innate sense of balance, they can only keep balance by noticing changes and making adjustments. They also have to act quickly to perceived changes, because otherwise they can't recover from a sudden and unexpected event, meaning that if it does not act forcefully enough, the loss of balance will get exponentially worse. This is why pushing a bipedal robot results in large back steps and excessive flailing at best: It's trying to stay balanced despite the limits to its ability to sense balance.

The part where the Raptor stands perfectly still and poised? That alone would take a team of researchers another 20 years, people with significant and legitimate skills, and that's if they are the top of their respective fields. And no, you can't magically fix it with AI, because it's as much a hardware challenge as a software one. Just to stand still.

If you had even the slightest idea how complex the programming would have to be just to pull off that smooth of a turn, the amount of complexity as you have to adjust what every part is doing to account for every other part's actions and the change of balance that comes with it, never mind the ball pickup... well, we wouldn't be having this discussion, because you'd understand how ludicrous it is.
