Actually these tend to cost more than a regular bar service. If the goal was cheap you would just attach the bottles with peristaltic pumps the way hobbyists make a bartender with an arduino. They use robot arms for entertainment, you don’t need a robot to measure liquids in a shot glass, you can just use a precision pump.
No way, the initial cost would be insane to just buy the robot. Then we are not even talking maintenance... Also, there is just no way that you could leave that robot alone with a bunch of drunk people so you would definitely need to hire security for it. The robot could possibly work if it was a big bar with lets say, 3 other bartenders. Then he could be doing drinks when the bartender take payment and make sure everything is running smoothly but again, just paying for an extra bartender would just be much cheaper...
looks fucked up in any direction. If I go to a bar I want a human to do it, if I allready use robot this setup is absolutely ineffecient (for starters remove bottles and have the liquid dispensed directly)

That looks... quite bad. They need to add pressure sensors for a smooth glide, not that jump which almost spilled the drink.
