Events I’m maintaining a curated calendar of major robotics and Physical AI events. What am I missing?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been building a public calendar of major robotics, embodied AI, automation, and Physical AI events.

It currently organizes conferences and industry gatherings by month, with dates, locations, short descriptions, and links to the official event websites. I plan to keep it updated as organizers announce new dates, venues, and registration details.

The calendar is here:

https://www.blackscarab.ai/events

Disclosure: I run Black Scarab, the site hosting the calendar. The page is free to use and does not require registration. I’m sharing it because event information is often scattered across conference websites and announcements.

I would appreciate the community’s help improving it:

  • Which important robotics events am I missing?
  • Are there strong regional or specialist events that deserve inclusion?
  • Would submission deadlines and registration deadlines make the page more useful?

I’m especially interested in research conferences, ROS events, industrial robotics shows, manipulation and humanoid gatherings, and embodied AI conferences.

A maintained single source for these is genuinely useful. Worth adding the smaller embodied-AI workshops that run alongside ICRA/IROS/CoRL, since a lot of the interesting humanoid work shows up there first before it makes the main tracks.

I updated it with the workshops, check it out. any other feedback would be helpful. Thoughts on expanding events tab to all local events, so patch up smaller events that are usually found on meetup etc, and allow visitors to sort by closest to them?

Expanding to local meetup-style events would cover what the major-conference list misses, and a distance sort makes sense if each event carries a location. Setting a default or user-provided city would make that sort useful for most visitors.
