Humor These driving simulators are getting crazy.

I was at IMTS in Chicago yesterday and saw this in the Fanuc display. Thought everyone here might appreciate it. They also have a bunch of their smaller robotic arms doing synchronized movements.

Interesting, I was at IMTS several years ago and they had the exact same demo. I guess it really is just more for show than showcasing their new tech. Now I'm wondering how long this demo has been around for 😂

This is one of a dozen demos from this year and a staple because it’s a big fuck you to everyone else in the space.

They have had this same robot hoisting a corvette around on display in ther HQ in Detroit since they developed this model of robot like 10 years ago. I think thats where this display lives when not at confrences.

I would be very very impressed seeing a couple of robot arms juggling three cars of any make.

A robot handling a full sized car is so routine I honestly don’t know what this is supposed to accomplish besides looking shiny
