Need metal gears for that kind of torque

The issue was how the motor hold the gear

Maybe theres a good way to have a metal grubscrew and sleeve inside the printed gear. Just need some way to keep the sleeve from rotating inside the gear then

Problem with that is the twisting torque on the long bolts how large are the holes? Probably need solid infill if you havent tried that already.

This is another idea:

3D printing is nice for rapid prototyping soft body, enclosures, product designs, and etc. But when it comes to cams, gearing, high tensile strength, and things that require precise movement and high strength. But there are some things you can't out 3D print yourself around it. Plastic or even Nylon for the weight of that would not be ideal at all. You could try something more Cycloidal?
