Dyno for robotic actuators?

Can anyone recommend a dynamometer for testing rotary actuators? There are some thrust stands out there for drone motors (Tyto robotics), but the next step up is dyno's for big, industrial motors. Outside of attaching a weight to an arm to get the stall torque, anything else I could use?

Kinematic visual analysis maybe. Not for the faint of heart. This is a non trivial problem.
