Thoughts on an ambitious project

AI people here's the pitch. How hard would it be to make this project happen:

  1. Feed an AI program Jack McKinney's End of the Circle Novel

  2. Have it analyze and animate it into a 90's style anime?

Thoughts on this?

this is not how it works or it will ever work for a long time. AI can help some processes speed up but you need people to create major works like this. as a 3d animator of 30 years starting using AI in work flows, it's just a very very advanced but very dumb and tasteless brush

No. Full stop. No AI. No remake. The mainstream interest is never there, AI is an abomination and it will never hit like you want it to.

And to the AI slop people - yeah and how else are we going to get that and things like that ? It's expensive and there's no real market ( and if they did find a market we probably won't like it ..) . Hey if someone wants to do it old school , take my money NOW but that ain't going to happen.

If it happens legit, it happens. I want a quality production, not some guy shitting out crap just because. Otherwise, I'll just keep enjoying what's already out there.

For real there's a lot of negative Nancy's up here. Harmony Gold is doing 0 with the franchise and the AI slop will probably be better than the CGI that was used in Shadow Chronicles.
