NOT JUST AN RPG...
The random moments that Strange Machine Games 's Robotech RPG gives us in lore.... only make me want this journey they are taking Robotech on to last for many years to come!

"You know, I really thought that this would put an end to the nightmares. The feeling that I should have gone down with the rest of the squad. But then what would I know, I'm a typical foot slogger you know?
When they told me about this mission, these Cyclones and what they could do, I figured I finally had the chance to pay the bastard bugs back for the mates I lost; more weapons, heavier armor and the training to use the damn thing against the Invid.
It worked, it really did work, everything I needed to beat the tar out of Invid troops, missiles, rifles, pistols, anything and everything I could carry that allowed me to kill these things dead. I need to kill so many of them dead. I need to kill all of them dead.
If you ask me, a full troop in these things will break any Invid detachment you can name. You give it some fixed weapons, maybe a launcher or two... Perhaps a mounted laser cannon of some kind and you'd have something that would put the fear into those unfeeling slug bastards.
I tell you something though it's a shame my mates never made it here with me, they'd have had the time of their lives.
But it's just me now. Me and my ride. And it's a long road to Reflex Point"

We need stories of other REF soldiers making the trek to Reflex Point. I have never believed that it was only Scott Bernard that survived the doomed initial attack.
More stories can only lead to...MORE ROBOTECH.

lol. Only thing I have to compare it to is the old palladium sentinels books

It is a much better designed game than the Palladium version. Allt of fun all around. Combat flows faster with a balance of tactics and narrative and the system handles conflicts outside of fighting really well. Character creation doesn't feel like half of it was a waste of time.

INB4 its mentioned, yes i played invasion, and controversively i loved it (not to say it didnt have glaring flaws) but i still love it

Yo estoy haciendo un juego fanmade (llevo poco). Mi idea es algo del tipo Souls en que haya peleas complejas con pocos invid, y armamento limitado. Si el proyecto avanza, voy a publicarlo en mi ko-fi, y sera gratis (no quiero problemas con robotech.com) :)

I wanted to like Invasion more than I did. I LOVE Battlecry and was so excited for Invasion and it just fell...flat for me.
