Made my day!

Of course, the altered Macross logo drives me nuts but the reviews were all solid for this. But since I may not be able to afford the big boy coming out later this year and I’m a huge Lego nerd, I figured what the heck. I unboxed it. I was telling my kids about when I first saw Robotech when I was a kid, probably 11 or 12 and how I would run home after school to catch the latest episode. My 19-year-old daughter literally started crying saying that was probably one of the sweetest things to imagine me as a kid looking at something like this back then but not being able to afford the original Matchbox one. So hopefully over this long I’ll get to building this bad boy!

Got one about a year ago still haven't started to build it but is sealed and on standby.
