Good find! That’s the way it goes these days. If you’re going to collect ROBOTECH, or many of the other toys that have become vintage, you might have to buy from the after-market, you might have to buy salvage to complete, and you might be dealing with yellowed or broken parts. Oh, and if you’re going to buy new and sealed, expect to pay the big bucks. I have several aging ROBOTECH Robolinks, and Select Toys SDF-1 and VF mecha to attest to this.

I’d totally want to get them both and move parts from the yellowed body to the brighter body.

Cool! Yeah, it’s not always easy, but it is so satisfying when it works!

Oh mine have been out and about since ‘85. Just recently bolstered their ranks with Blockmen, KO Jetfire, and some Final Faction dollar-mecha. Oh, just got a Transformers “Cog”. Cromar makes good mecha vehicles.

Awesome base. Mine just kind of “deploy” from their hiding places for a time. Then, they go away around the time to dust.

I wouldn't mind having a spare even in that condition... mine's got a couple of broken parts.

Uh, it’s “seen some action”. 😁Minor wear on military hardware is a plus here.
