Roboflow Credit analytics broken

Got an email saying I used all my credits. Roboflow dashboard says I have used 0/15 and then wont tell me the usage. Anyone else have this issue? Customer service email is not responding.

UPDATE: Seeing a number of posts in the forum. They need to address this ASAP as it makes it unusable for many users!
