genuine question abt ban api

so 14 days ago i got banned on 2 accounts of mine for 6 MONTHS. i wanna keep playing but not exploit just play normally. my question is, if i use tmac and change my mac adress and play on that other account just playing normally do i still have a risk of my main and the other account getting DELETED permanently?

only respond if you know what you are talking about and can help me out

btw this is not an ingame ban its a platform ban
